Evolution Racing Engines offers a complete line of machine shop services for racing and performance engines, or for someone who cares what quality goes into his or her engine. We have extensive experience with American V-8s, Marine engines, VW and Honda small displacement, and motorcycle engines.

Cylinder Head Services

Complete cylinder head modifications, including porting and polishing, valve grinding, resurfacing, R&R guides, installing bigger valve seats (using much tighter interference fits to prevent loss of seats during running), asembling heads, and grinding cams.

Magnifluxing, drill and tap oil passages (to clean out sediment built-up on the top of passage which can come loose and clog bearings), straighten crank, micro polish and tuffride.

Rod Services

Magniflux rods, bolts and nuts, resize big ends, rebush and hone small ends, polish beams, shotpeen, lighten small ends, balanced and machined for SPS and ARP bolts.

Drill and tap oil galley for pipe plugs, tank block, deburr block, clearance grind for long stroke, deglaze and hone bores, mill deck, align bore mains and hone, pressure test, C.C. and race prep.
